Online Gift Certificates can be ordered in any amount starting at $5.00. They are sent via e-mail to any individual with a valid e-mail address. Since they currently only ship within the United States, the recipient must also have a valid shipping address in the United States. "A product's availability is clearly noted on the Product Detail page as "In Stock," "Advanced Sale," "Release Date" or "Special Order." Most items on our site are In Stock and ready to ship. Some items are either temporarily out-of-stock (Advanced Sale items), are not available for shipment until a specific release date provided by the manufacturer (Release Date items), or require extra time for sizing or other adjustments (Special Order items). Some items are offered with customization options (monogramming, etc.). If you choose a customization option, please allow for additional time beyond the expected shipment time indicated on the Product Detail page. The additional time required for customization varies from several days to several weeks depending on the options you choose. Payment Options with Credit cards accepted include American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and other forms of payment that include Online Gift Certificates or Give Anything Gift Certificates. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Specialist within 30 days of delivery . Please supply the Specialist with the order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail. The Specialist will also need your e-mail address and phone number. Fogdog will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping."
